M5 Business Audit

A comprehensive review of your website and your socials, 8 to 10 pages long, that shows you what a new customer sees when they find your business and gives you a plan for what to fix first. It’s the same audit I gave every business at The Round Up, and each one is written for one business so you can print it, write on it and work through it in order.

What’s included

• A written note from me with my first impressions of your business, the tips I’d start with and a personal note for you
• Your business at a glance, with what you already do well and where to start
• A website checklist of the eleven things a new customer looks for, each with a status and a next action
• Numbered recommendations, usually eight, each with the reason behind it
• An Instagram review of what is already working and what to improve, with a suggested bio written for your business
• An action plan with five things to do right away and three longer term projects

How it works

After you order you’ll fill in a short form so we know which website and Instagram account to review, and your audit arrives by email as a PDF within 5 business days of that form coming in. We only look at what the public can see, so you never need to share a password or a login.

One audit covers one business, which means one website and one Instagram account.
