Heffernan will spend the month of February with 10 live calls with over 15+ hours of instruction, 1-on-1 questions and feedback for your business, analyzing and making suggestions for your specific place and path and helping you navigate what the best route is to grow your business to meet your goals.
You'll get all the knowledge about what worked (and what didn't) as we grew our operation from nothing to a $7.5M/year direct-to-consumer meat company - with no paid ads, no wholesale and zero marketing or advertising budget. YOU CAN DO IT TOO!
It just takes diving in with the right tools, learning how to build a brand people love, telling your story and getting your product in consumers hands for the best profit margins and on-going sales opportunities. We share advice on ways to grow economically, seek out grants and funding and get scrappy to make your big dreams a reality with a strong foundation to sustain your family for the long term.
This is limited to a very small group of producers - it is a requirement that you are enrolled in the M5 Ag Academy so you have access to all of our courses that will be applicable. If you aren't already registered, we have a payment plan option to add this at a discount.

This exclusive program offers a 5-week MENTORSHIP with MARY!
Get 1-on-1 help within small group sessions twice a week to dive deep into YOUR business and also learn from others in the same place with the same goals (it's amazing how helpful it can be to hear what others are struggling with and what the solutions might be!)
Mary is dedicated to this small group of producers with the intent to dive in and jump start EACH BUSINESS on their unique path, with small group calls twice per week for five weeks, direction on what you need to do to take the next steps in your business, an audit of your website and social media channels with suggestions for how to improve for more profitability and conversion, a "hot seat" session to dive deep into where you are and what you can do to improve (with the valuable opportunity to sit in on the other participants hot seat sessions to learn from them as well) and weekly knowledge and to do lists/assignments for where you are now and where you need to focus to grow.
*EACH SESSION WILL COVER 2-4 TOPICS IN-DEPTH, ANSWER ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS, PUT EACH BUSINESS IN THE "HOT SEAT" TO TALK ABOUT YOUR SPECIFIC CHALLENGES WITH MARY'S SUGGESTIONS AND AN AUDIT OF YOUR WEBSITE & SOCIAL PAGES, AND GIVE YOU HOMEWORK/DIRECTION IN BETWEEN SESSIONS.
